We will not start work without a written scope. This protects you as much as it protects us. A trustee board that approved a contract eighteen months ago should be able to pull out a document and see exactly what was agreed. The same crew cleans your building every visit. They learn the layout, the quirks of your floor surfaces, the location of your utility closets and the preferences of your staff. When a crew member changes, we introduce the replacement before the transition.
We understand that a church building is not a Monday-through-Friday workplace. Sunday is the highest-traffic day of the week. Wednesday evenings are busy. The pre-Christmas and pre-Easter calendar is the heaviest cleaning period of the year, and it coincides with the time most cleaning contractors are also at their busiest. We plan for that in the contract.
We quote what the scope requires. We do not discount the first month and raise the rate at renewal. If costs change and we need to adjust pricing, we give 30 days' written notice before the change takes effect. More about how pricing works.
