The sanctuary is the most visible space in any faith facility. It needs to be clean and undisturbed before Sunday morning — without any of the crew's presence interfering with arrangements the worship team has set.
Our scope for sanctuary and worship space cleaning typically includes:
What we do not do without explicit instruction: move altar flowers, touch placed candles or candle holders, rearrange pulpit materials, or enter sacristy or vesting rooms without permission. These boundaries go into the written scope before the contract starts.
Most sanctuary cleaning in Minnetonka area churches runs on a Saturday-morning or Saturday-afternoon schedule to be ready for Sunday. We can also accommodate mid-week cleans after Wednesday services, or a Friday-plus-Sunday schedule for congregations with multiple weekend services.
High-demand periods — Christmas Eve, Easter weekend, Holy Week, graduation Sundays — are noted in the contract so coverage is confirmed before the rush, not the day before.
| Frequency | Best for |
|---|---|
| Weekly | Active congregations with 100+ weekly attendance |
| Bi-weekly | Smaller congregations or buildings with hard-surface seating |
| Monthly plus event | Facilities that rely on volunteers between professional cleans |
| Event-based | Weddings, funerals, special services — booked as needed |
